Refund Policy

All purchases of digital products (including "12 Wedding Villas in Montenegro 2026/2027") are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or the download link has been accessed.
By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has begun, in accordance with applicable digital content regulations (including EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)).
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchase, or failure to read the product description prior to buying.

Exceptions

A refund may only be considered in cases of a duplicate charge or a verified technical failure preventing access to the file, where our team is unable to resolve the issue. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase to fullybookedproperty@gmail.com

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle's own Buyer Terms and Conditions also apply and may, at Paddle's sole discretion, override this policy in cases of fraud or dispute.
